This Privacy Policy explains how Gizmo Platforms Inc ("Gizmo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Gizmo platform, website, and related services (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
• Agent content: the agents you create, their instructions, your conversations with them, images you upload or generate, and the outputs they produce.
• Payment information: your plan, credit balance, and billing history. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data: per-request usage records (model, token counts, cost) that power your usage meter and ledger, and basic technical information such as browser type and interactions with the Service, used to operate and improve it.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service: including running your agents on the AI models you select.
• To process your conversations with AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and providers available through OpenRouter), which receive only the content needed to generate a response.
• To perform web research your agents request through search and crawling providers, which receive only the queries and URLs involved.
• To bill your subscription and usage, secure the Service, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• AI model providers, when your agents send them messages to generate responses, as you direct;
• Service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting, web research, and payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations; and
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

4. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. AI model providers

Your conversations are processed by the model provider behind the model each agent runs on. We do not use your conversations to train AI models, and we pass content to model providers solely to generate the responses you request. Each provider handles that content under its own API data-use terms, which for the providers we use do not permit training on API content by default.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in the Service). The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
